Day 1
Day 1
On Friday we arrive and registration hosts a lobby full of fun! There are yummy treats, retreat supported activities and games to win free promo goods. After a buffet dinner, this evening is our first chance to connect as a group through a general introduction, a Sobriety Countdown, our first guest speaker plus a kick start on program materials. The day concludes with an indoor or fireside meeting.

Day 2
On Saturday is full program focus, presentations, group breakout discussions and some free time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided this day. Saturday evening’s Gala Auction is a celebratory event where we all gather in our own version of fancy to appreciate the benefits of our hard work together and enjoy a breather that also supports other AA related programs. The day concludes with an indoor or fireside meeting.

And Sunday morning is the ultimate magic!! After breakfast, this final gathering is guaranteed to produce evidence of your weekend’s growth during this special circle time. Missing Sunday morning is like going to a wedding and leaving before the vows. Early Bird registration discounts are offered on this one day only. We are wrapped up by lunchtime.

Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on sharing Christ’s love, and being a place of refreshment and encouragement to people of all ages. We offer a wide range of camps and retreats year round, and also provide accommodations for churches, schools, and other non-profit groups. Warm Beach Camp is also home of The Lights of Christmas, the largest Christmas festival in the Pacific Northwest.
