Once you are through Registration, snag a snack provided by your caring committee and enjoy yourself!

 While you nibble on yummies, here are some options for participation: 

*  Write your congrats message in (2) AA books - awarded to our 2 newest sobriety. 

*  Record your own AA Birthday on a tree leaf that celebrates us all! 

*  Snag a Spirit Card for an inspired message. 

*  Spin the Prize Wheel for additional gifts! 

Friday and Saturday, every chance we get, there will be raffle tickets being pulled for the new or great condition items you bring for the fun!  You must be present to win, so listen for the announcement that sales are open and then keep those tickets on you!!  This includes the raffles we draw during the Gala. 

Ticket rates are 1 for $1 / 6 for $5 / 12 for $10 and can be purchased during any program break after Friday's dinner. There is a huge variety of goodies to be won! Cash is ideal and there is an ATM located in the Main Hall Lobby. EVERY attendee receives complimentary bonus tickets to start you off!

Consider lighting up your fellow attendee's experience with a gift of bonus Raffle tickets!

You may also earn bonus tickets through referring a new face to the retreat: 5 tickets for each confirmed registration who lists your name on the referral line of their form.  

In addition to the raffles, Saturday’s Gala Auction is a true highlight and successful fundraiser for AA related programs and NWWSR Scholarships.  Bid on your favorite items with your own auction number (received at registration) while our "Vanna" volunteers walk around to showcase the goods. 

 A silent auction table is also available during this event as yet another opportunity to participate.  

We encourage everyone to wear their unique version of Sparkle and Shine!  Let’s get Fancy like the Super Stars we ARE. Most important, please wear what is most comfortable to you!!!! Saturday after lunch will host a Bling Station in the Main Hall Lobby where you may borrow sparkles and shiny pieces, jewelry and various accesories for this unique event. Nothing is either too plain or too loud, it's all just right.

Ideally new or nice re-gifted (gently used) items, please.  

 Be prepared to submit a dollar value for your donated items and save your committe a TON of prep time. Most goods can be easily looked up online for a guestimate. It is most helpful to prewrite your item's contents, plus values, and bring with you to registration - especially if multiples are tucked into baskets .

Please avoid bringing a large amount of tiny items intended for single auction bids - tiny multiples consume a great chunk of our event time.  Consider consolidating multiples into baskets or similar.

We recognize we have gathered to give our focus to how the program's content will support our growth. That being said, the Warm Beach facility and grounds are so gorgeous, we strive to offer oppportunities for exploration and enjoyment of the facility.  

Warm Beach has a basketball style Gymnasium and beautiful open outside spaces great for relaxing, some yoga or meditation.  Consider packing an outside blanket and/or yoga mat. Walking / hiking nature trails are available to explore early Saturday morning or afternoon.  Witness stunning water views from the furnished Cedar Lobby and a wrap-around deck. Maybe you just want to nap? May you own that nap.

Any organized gatherings will be announced at the retreat.
