SCHOLARSHIP Application & Registration 2027
SUBMITTING A REGISTRATION FORM IS REQUIRED WITH ONLINE PAYMENTS.
Once a form has been submitted, payment options are listed below.
What is the Scholarship Process?
Scholarship hopefuls must first either click on/fill out the application below or email edie@advancedtraffic.com stating your intention to apply plus your sponsor’s name and the best way to contact them.
Your sponsor will be interviewed to confirm your financial need and whether this program could benefit you. If approved, you will be emailed a confirmation of your space request.
Scholarships can be for a room in Cascadian Lodge, a Commuter, Sat Day Pass, or in a R.V./Tent spot.
Cabin Rooms are NOT available for Scholarships.
Scholarships are expected to assist the committee with various duties post registration Friday through Sunday morning (moving chairs, transitioning space, etc).
Scholarship Recipients must wait at least 2 years before applying for a repeat Scholarship.
